River Canal Rescue

River Canal Rescue Service is a national waterway rescue service for boats and boaters employing 15 staff with a network of 400 contractors. They also run up to 24 courses in engineering maintenance for leisure craft. RCR have avoided being a credit crunch casualty by investing in great PR.
